I don't know nothing, how can I start?, I never had a web page, what do I have to do?

Do not worry, that's why we're here. We will guide you step by step so you can start and then learn. We will prepare everything so that you have your website listed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) (usually sooner it depends of our work flow). Simply add your products. It is easy in our "Client Area" there are tutorials to help you learn.

To start a website you will need a domain name (www.yourwebsitename.com). You can buy your domain name with us at a cost of $12.99 per year. If you prefer, you can buy your domain name elsewhere, we recommend Go Daddy.

You will need a hosting site that you can also buy from us. You can see our payment plans here.

Can I cancel anytime?

You sure can. We would not like to see you go, but you have the right to cancel your service at any time for any reason. If you are in the monthly payment plan you must cancel your service before the billing months to avoid being charged an additional month of service. What is a domain name?


A domain or domain name is the name that identifies a website.  Each domain must be unique on the internet.  Example: www.yourwebsitename.com

What is hosting?

Is to put your website on a server, from the server, your pages will be downloaded by visitors entering your website.

What is a Template?

A web template is a pre-designed web page that only lacks of content and photos.

Can I create my own templates?

Of course! You can create your own template or you can purchase one from a designer.

What is Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is web traffic capacity allowed.  Includes upload and download files, email traffic, web traffic, and others.

What is Disk Space?

Disk Space is the space that is assigned to keep the website including images, files, email, among others.

What is Paypal?


PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information.  It is safe, easy, free and global.  No monthly fees.  PayPal fees are approximately 2.9% per sale + 30 ¢ per transaction.  For more information visit Paypal.

What forms of payment can I accept?


Our e-commerce system integrates with Mal's-e.

With the free version of Mal's-e you can accept: PayPal Standard, PayPal Express checkout, Google checkout, Moneybookers, Nochex and Paymate.

With Premium Mal's you can accept: PayPal Payments Pro, Verisign, Authorizenet, InternetSecure, Trustcommerce, Bank of America, 2Checkout.com and many more. Visit Mal's-e for more details.

How soon will I have my website ready?


Each hosting account is manually installed and configured by us. Usually completed within 3-5 business days (usually sooner depends of our work flow). You will receive information to access your Store Manager (store admin) within 3-5 business days of your order (excluding weekends). If more than 5 business days has pass (working hours) and you have not received your welcome email, please open a support ticket and we will verify the information. Remember, make sure your email account is correctly entered. This can delay the process. Also, we need to setup, install and make the whole process and it takes a certain time.

Why it takes 3-5 business days for setup?

Because, we need to setup your website and very important we also need to setup all the free templates you choose to use when you sign up with us.  All this is done manually and it needs some extra time.  Also we are humans and have a family to take care of.  We want to offer you an excellent service, starting out with setting up your website the right and correct way.  (But honestly, we will have it done much sooner) :)

Can I transfer my website from my current host to your hosting?

What is Store Manager (Store Admin)?


The Store Manager (storeadmin) is where you will log in to add content to your pages, changes, categories to its portfolio of products and new categories among many other things. The (storeadmin) is the backbone of your website. In it you will handle everything related to your website.


What is the License fee for?


The license fee is for our Prim DIY system software, you could see our system in the Test Demo Drive. You would pay the license upfront and the monthly payments would be lower. Or you don't need to pay the license fee in advance but the monthly payments would be higher.

A little help for those who maybe don't have the license fee payment in advance. :o)

Do I have to buy a domain through you?

No, you do not have to buy your domain with us. Our prices are reasonable, at $12.99 per year, but you are free to register your domain through any registrar you choose. You can also use GoDaddy. If you register your domain somewhere else, be sure to point your name servers to our server. The information of the names of servers will be included in your welcome email.  If you do not know how to do it, we'll do it for you. Provide relevant information to make the change.

What is the process after I signup my hosting with you?


After signing up, you will receive four emails in a row (do not panic). One is, the details to enter the "Client Area". The second is the details of your purchase. The third is your invoice and the fourth is a confirmation of your payment. These four emails are sent automatically.  If you registered a domain with us you will also receive another email confirmation of your domain. The domain email is sent by us, after verifying the information. Then, when we installed and configured Prim DIY system, you will receive a welcome email with all the details to begin preparing and using your website.  Also, behind your welcome email you will receive an email with the details of your shopping cart (Mals-e).  Save it and print these emails as they have important information and further details to access your account. If you do not receive any of these emails, please contact us to verify and re-send the email in question.

What is the best way to contact you?


Being an e-business, we prefer to communicate via e-mail. This allows us to maintain an accurate record of what was discussed and gives us documentation to refer back throughout the process.
